MedEquip4Kids is governed by a board of trustees who volunteer their time to take overall responsibility for the running and development of the charity.
The board meets on a regular basis to plan the strategic future of MedEquip4Kids, make policy decisions and ensure the charity is accountable to our beneficiaries, the Charity Commission and the general public.
We currently have eight trustees who bring together a range of expertise and skills to MedEquip4Kids.
The trustees delegate the day-to-day management of the charity to the Chief Executive, Ghazala Baig
As Chief Executive, Ghazala reports directly to the Board of Trustees and is responsible for the operations and strategic direction of the charity. Her remit includes top-level events and project planning, managing corporate partnerships, setting annual budgets and targets, financial reporting, and staff management.
