MedEquip4Kids is governed by a board of trustees who volunteer their time to take overall responsibility for the running and development of the charity.

The board meets on a regular basis to plan the strategic future of MedEquip4Kids, make policy decisions and ensure the charity is accountable to our beneficiaries, the Charity Commission and the general public. We currently have five trustees who bring together a range of expertise and skills to MedEquip4Kids. The trustees delegate the day-to-day management of the charity to the Chief Executive, Ghazala Baig.
