Special thanks go to K & K Dance Academy in Flixton for choosing MedEquip4Kids as their Charity of the Year in 2017 and raising a fantastic £2,015.80 for children’s healthcare.
The dance academy held various fundraisers including Christmas and Easter events and a Family Fun day in the summer. The year culminated in a spectacular show involving the whole dance school, from tiny ‘Beauty’ twirling with the Beast, to ladies tapping ‘9 to 5’, and a very moving ‘Earth Song’ opening.
Evelyn Glarvey, Project Coordinator at MedEquip4Kids said: “A huge thank you to everyone involved with K & K Dance Academy for all their hard work putting on a wonderful show and for supporting our work providing equipment to local hospitals.”
