The Thomas Cook Children’s Charity have donated more than £11,000 to fund two state-of-the-art Vapotherm Precision Flow Systems for the Neo Natal Unit at Royal Preston Hospital.
MedEquip4Kids improves the health of children and babies in the north of England by providing equipment not available from limited NHS resources. We believe every child should have access to the best medical care when they need it most.
We accept applications from hospitals, clinics, community nursing teams and other healthcare providers. To find out more about applying to MedEquip4Kids, click here.
We also run special projects to focus on specific health issues. MedEquip4Kids has been working with paediatric continence teams from across the North West for over 10 years. We have now identified that there is a need nationally that is not currently being met. Children respond better when they have more tools and resources at their disposal. We now supply resources to teams across the UK.
