Clatterbridge Hospital - Breast Pumps for Parental Accomodation

Ronald McDonald House offers accommodation to parents of babies in the neo natal unit at Wirral University Hospital in Merseyside.

 

Babies are often transferred to the hospital from across the north west including Manchester, Cumbria and even the Isle of Man.

 

The house has 10 bedrooms, and the staff are keen to equip every room with a hospital grade breast pump.

 

All mothers are encouraged to express milk for their babies, because it is vital that preterm babies receive human milk to give them the best chance of survival.

 

We have been asked to provide five electric breast pumps for preterm babies needing neo natal care at Wirral Hospital.
