North Manchester General Hospital - Children's Outpatients
We have been approached by the Children’s A&E Unit at North Manchester General Hospital for help in providing improved equipment for use on sick and injured children.
The unit have asked us to provide 4 Auroscope / Ophthalmoscopes. All children who attend hospital will require examination of their ears and eyes. The auroscope / ophthalmoscope is essential equipment to examine both the ears and eyes of children and having one wall mounted at the child’s bed side ensures essential equipment is close to hand at all times.
The unit also want a Urine Analyser, to quickly check for conditions such as diabetes without having to wait for results to come back from the lab.
In total the equipment needed to help the unit provide a better service to children will cost £3,422.
