Golf day goes with a swing!

The annual MedEquip4Kids Golf Day took place last week at Bramall Park Golf Club, with twelve teams from across Manchester teeing off to raise funds for the charity.

The weather was smiling on us yet again, as the rain held off until the end of the game.

The winning team yet again was FC United, and all teams enjoyed a well deserved dinner, with raffle and prize giving in the evening.

Alan Tattler, event host and one of the directors of the charity, said: "Thanks to everyone who came along and made the day such a success. And thanks once again to Bramall Park Golf Club for making us feel so welcome."

The event has raised over £3,000 to provide medical equipment for sick children in hospitals across the North West.
